Use & care

Step 1: Unscrew the top part and fill/insert the fragrance bottle. Ensure it is tightened correctly. Step 2: Reattach the head to the diffuser base. Step 3: Select your preferred intensity and set the desired timer.

Keep the device clean and dry. Do not use standard essential oils or fragrances containing alcohol, as these may damage internal components. Every 3 months, you may clean the nozzle with alcohol, ensure it is completely dry before reassembling.

Shipping

Orders within Saudi Arabia are delivered within 2–7 business days from order placement, including processing. If you are outside Saudi Arabia and wish to ship to your country, please reach out to us.

Returns & warranty

Unopened and unused products can be returned within 7 days. Opened fragrances are non-returnable. Celestial covers return shipping costs. You can cancel your order before fulfillment for a full refund. Contact us with your order number to request cancellation. Vessel 01 is covered by a 1-year warranty.
